Raxi Win - Terms of Service

Use of the site

By accessing or using Raxi Win at raxiwinplay.in.net ("the Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Site in any capacity, whether through a desktop browser, mobile device, or any third-party application that links to the Site.

Permitted use

You may use Raxi Win solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to access or attempt to access any part of the Site through automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, without our prior written consent; upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent; interfere with or disrupt the Site's servers or networks; or impersonate any person or entity connected with Raxi Win.

Where payment transactions are processed via Indian platforms such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM UPI, you acknowledge that those transactions are additionally governed by the terms and conditions of the respective platform, and that Raxi Win bears no responsibility for failures or disputes arising solely from those third-party services.

Account responsibilities

If you register an account on Raxi Win, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at the contact details provided if you suspect any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, including accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of promotional offers.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, and features available on Raxi Win, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Raxi Win or its licensors and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Site content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Indian law.

Ownership and trademarks

The Raxi Win name, logo, and all related marks and domain names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Raxi Win. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of Raxi Win without our prior written consent. You may not frame or mirror any part of the Site on any other website or server without our express written authorisation.

Limited licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Raxi Win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to modify or create derivative works from Site content, sublicense or commercially exploit any materials, or remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Any use beyond the scope of this limited licence automatically terminates the rights granted herein.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raxi Win, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, even if Raxi Win has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim arises, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

No warranty

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Raxi Win does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Users accessing the Site over Indian mobile networks or low-bandwidth connections do so at their own risk, and Raxi Win is not liable for connectivity-related issues beyond its control.

Cap on liability

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable Indian law, Raxi Win's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Raxi Win, if any, in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
